  • Had to write you a note as to the positive results of the sealing and insulation job you did for us. For the first time in the 13 years we have lived here, our house is comfortable from top to bottom. Our second floor addition was always in the 80s on hot days and our air conditioners would run all day. When the temps reached the 90s we are at 73 degrees and the unit actually shuts off regularly. The best part for me is the basement is not freezing cold because our main unit actually turns off as the first floor stays at 73 degrees now too! Well, the best part should come when our electric bill arrives and we didn't pay to run our 2 air conditioners 24/7.
